To use the Portal QualiSign in our datacenter or in the version installed in our customers' dependencies (E-DOC) it is necessary to register in the QualiSign Portal and take the following steps:

  • Upload your document;
  • Select the parties that will sign or follow it;
  • Create a sequence of people who need to sign the document.

Thereafter, the QualiSign Portal takes care of the formalization of the contract: it sends e-mails, requests and collects the signatures of all the parties involved.
