Access Profiles

The following table is the list of available profiles in the solution:

Code Profile Description
1 Administrador Geral Allows to administer all the products. It's possible digitally to sign documents of client and their relationships, as long as this user is associated with a document.
4 Aprovador Allows the logged-in user to view a contract / report, approve it before the signatures are collected. The act of approval is only an accepted agreement, does not involve digital signature at this time.
34 Cadastro Enables the registration of companies and representatives in associated companies.
20 Contrato Administra Allows to register relationships and their respective representatives besides total access to register of electronic contracts, including digitally sign.
38 Contrato Aprovador Allows the authenticated user to locate and view a contract, approve or deny.
12 Contrato Assina Profile allows logged-in user to only sign Electronic Contracts.
49 Contrato Assina e Aprova Allows the user to sign and approve contacts.
13 Contrato Consulta Profile for consulting electronic contracts.
29 Contrato Operador Allows only to register Electronic Contracts.
33 Contrato Workflow Allows registration of companies, representatives in associated companies and changes in contract.
51 Contrato/Laudo Administra Allows to register relationships companies (customer of the client) and their respective representatives besides total access to the registry of eletronic contracts and digital reports, including digitally signing.
32 Contrato/Laudo Assina Allows only signing Contracts / Digital Reports.
42 Contrato/Laudo Aprovador Allows the authenticated user to locate and view a Contract / Award, approve or refuse it.
31 Contrato/Laudo Operador Allows only to register Contracts / Digital Reports.
36 Contrato/Procuração Administra Allows to register relationships companies (customer of the client) and their respective representatives besides total access to the registry of Contracts and Electronic Powers, including digitally signing.
41 Contrato/Procuração Aprovador Allows the authenticated user to locate and view a Contract / Electronic Power of Attorney, approve or deny it.
37 Contrato/Procuração Operador It only allows to register Contracts and Electronic Transactions.
35 Contrato/Procuração Assina Allows you to sign Electronic Contracts and Electronic Power of Attorney.
50 Documento Assina e Aceita Allows to sign and accept documents using only the HOME menu.
22 EV Administra Allows full product administration valid email.
18 EV Consulta Allows only valid email query.
26 Financeiro Allows only access to the Financial Module to consult Balances and Extracts and Purchase of Credits.
21 Laudo Administra Allows to register relationships and their respective representatives besides total access to the registry of digital reports, including digitally signing.
39 Laudo Aprovador Allows the authenticated user to locate and view an award, approve or deny it.
27 Laudo Assina Allows only to signing to Digital Reports.
28 Laudo Consulta Allows only digital reports query.
30 Laudo Operador Allows only to register digital reports.
53 Laudo Operador e Aprovador Allows to register digital reports and, if it is associated to the workflow, to approve them.
24 Procuração Administra Allows to register relationships and their respective representatives besides total access to the registry of Electronic Letter of Attorney, including to sign digitally.
40 Procuração Aprovador Allows the authenticated user to locate and view an Electronic Power of Attorney, approve or deny it.
19 Security Officer Allows only the registration of representatives on the client.
43 Segurança Empresarial Full access to audit trail, electronic documents, relationships and representatives for unique information consultation purposes.
